Mr. Bikash Kamila started his career in jewellery business field in 1985. He didn’t know the business then but due to his courage, wisdom, Intelligence and knowledge in a few years he would come to symbolize the success story of Rupam Jewellers. During the early years, while setting up the business, Mr. Bikash Kamila started to make connections with experts in the jewellery business field. A few years later, he used his wisdom and knowledge he acquired to obtain this position of Rupam Jewellers, embarking on a career which, he felt, was his destiny. Mr. Bikash Kamila took the opportunity to become the new enterpreuner, launching fresh ideas and a new marketing approach to this local establishment. Through innovative improvements made to the store, creative marketing, advertising techniques, an expanded inventory, setting up an in-store jewelry repair shop Rupam Jewellers gained the success. Under Mr. Kamila’s guidance, inventory of Rupam Jewellers has increased steadily to over 10 times that of 1985.
